Just came here to say ups is the worst shipping service by far I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it. It’s always, and i mean always late

I’ve had them deliver out of state, while “customer service” aka a robot tells me it’s been shipped to my home and confirms the address. It shows no movement on the tracking number…the recipient never received it Why does ups has the absolute worst customer service and how do you speak to some with seniority?

Called customer and they said the package is in manhattan. But it still says label created ups does not have the item And this has been since the 7th today is the 11th which on my tracking app said that that was the estimate for the delivery day but on the ups site itself they're saying that they will update a delivery date when they get the item. I recently dropped off a package at a ups store that had a prepaid label
