Basically, just open photopea, by going to www.photopea.com, and then select open from computer Navigate through your file manager and choose to open your starting image That will open a new photopea project with your image as the background There are delays in activating my photoshop license within my company and i have exhausted my trial period, so i have found until then as an alternative
